What do you do when Instagram and Facebook are down?

If you're a human being, and are generally online, then you know that Instagram and Facebook have been down all day. As a business owner or a social media manager, this is extremely frustrating, draining, and potentially, very costly. So, what should you do?

This is an excellent time to head over to the trusty Twitter app and tweet something funny about the situation. Then, search "Instagram and Facebook" and go like those tweets and comment to a few of them.

BUT FIRST. Dust off your Twitter profile. Make sure you have an up-to-date photo, cover photo, bio and a link to website. If you want your business to be seen, this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of a situation that much of the world is talking about.

Next, go over to TikTok and engage with some content you like on there as well. If you have time, maybe make a video and post it. Who knows, maybe you'll actually enjoy it. And if it does well, you can post it on Instagram when that's finally back up and running.

We got this. We're in this together. 😅
